1. Eligibility for Returns

TechMarr offers returns for both physical and digital products. Specific eligibility requirements apply to each category:

  • Physical Products: We accept returns for blue light-blocking glasses that are in their original, unused condition and packaging, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Digital Products: Refunds for digital products (if applicable) will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may only be issued if a technical issue prevents access to or use of the purchased item.

2. Return Window

  • Physical Products: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
  • Digital Products: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product is defective or inaccessible.

3. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Product Condition: Physical products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt, when requesting a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and any digital products that have been downloaded or accessed are non-returnable unless faulty.

4. Return Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee applies to standard returns. However, a 10% fee may apply to returns that are incomplete or damaged due to customer mishandling.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the above conditions and would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to admin@techmarr.online with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval and Instructions: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions on how to return your item(s) if your request is approved.
  3. Return the Product: Ship the item(s) back to us following the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item(s) reach us.

6. Refund Process and Timeframes

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Inspection: Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. If the product meets our return conditions, we will proceed with the refund.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Timeframe: Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 7-10 business days.

Note: For digital products, refunds will be processed immediately upon verification of eligibility.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Order Number: Include your order number in the email.
  • Photos: Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect.
  • Description: Provide a brief description of the issue.

We will review your request promptly and provide further instructions. For eligible items, TechMarr will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund based on product availability.


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for physical products only if the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact us at admin@techmarr.online with your request, order number, and item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • We will confirm product availability and provide instructions on how to return the original item.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.


9. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used digital products, unless defective.
  • Products purchased as final sale or promotional items.
  • Gift cards or digital credits.
